Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your dress. If it is not right, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 5 days of delivery.
To qualify, the dress must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Dresses that have been worn, altered, or show signs of wear, makeup, or perfume cannot be accepted.
Sale items and special orders are final sale.
To start a return, email us with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Store credit is issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Defective or incorrect items: contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
